FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.H YESTERDAY. Present indications nro for northerly -Kales northward of Kawhin, and East Capo, and high, north-east to southeast 'winds cdsewhore. Stormy weather may be expected, with rain generally, heavy vain and flooded rivers 111 many parts cf tlio North Island, and Biiow- on the hieher levels in the south. Barometer falline, but rise in the couth shortly. A cyclone liaß been centred north-west, nf the Dominion, and increasing northerly and easterly winds have prevailed.
