(Reo. August 6, 0.25 a.m.l London, August 4. The curfew is being enforced *t Charleville and Kilmallock, County Limerick. This is significant because Charleville is Dr. Mannix's birthplace. A fete had been arranged there as Dr. Mannlx'f first function in Ireland. The town entrenchments are being strengthened. Sinn Feiners at night-time tore up 2io feet of .tho railway outside Belfast tn prevent troops reaching Burton Port. They also dislodged many heavy boulders, completely blocking the line.
