"Back to God's Country" is the film version or '' a novel 'by James Oliver Curwood, and is an unusually thrilling, romance of thp * great outdoors. It is the story of \\api, the killer, and Dolores, the swimming girl, and is a study of the primitive and elemental in theplay of passion and the struggle to live. Again last evening the Concert Chniii\ber was : crowded when the-English Pierruts presented their very fine programme. i The Pierrots are a very popular combination; for their entertainments are always bright, clever, and clean, the ' jiumoroiis side being particularly well' developed. All the members of the company possess a high degree of talent, and an opportunity of hearing them should not bo missed. Mr. Gerald Griffin, the Irish-American t«nor, who toured the Fuller--'circuit, souio years ago, arrived from San Ifrancisco by the, Mamma yesterday. Mr. Griffin has been appearing in Irish plays, also on the concert platform, in the United States and Canada for some years past.
