THE BUTTER MARKET. There is no uncertainty as to the price of butter for aomo years to come. There is an admitted world's shortage, and all butter is gelling on the English market at rates hitherto unheard of. This is reflected in the continued demand for good dairying land. The subdivision of the Jlomonn Estate, near Tirau, comes at an opportune time. This is a block of 1760 acres, divided into 13 fine dairy farms, each one suitable for dairying or fattening It is all in great heart, well fenced, and permanently watered, and there is no better grassed land in the whole of the Waikato. It comprises flats and verv easy rolling country, ull ploughable, ideal milking land, and,--is absolutely free from fiorse, briar; or blackberry. Thero are buildings on sevoral of the sections.
