It rejects tho British proposals regarding Poland, and suggests that the Soviet is prepared to give Poland hotter terms than the Mies pjsposo, but refuses to consider any Allied iutorvention. BOLSHEVIKS' CONFIDENCE RESTORED INTERNATIONAL RECOG NITION OF SOVIET DEMANDED. (liec. July 21, 8 p.m.) London, July 20. Tho latest advices from Moscow show thnt the successes in Poland have K»mpletelv restored the confidence of the Bolsheviks and revived lirm demands for international recognition of the Soviet. The newspaper "Pravda" insists on tho right of tho Bolsheviks to dictate pence, in Warsaw and virtually to Bolsncviso Poland. An article in tho newspaper "Izvestia" declares that the Soviet is only willing to deal with the Western European Governments on a footing of perfect, equality, and dees not accept the dictation of England, who, it declares, over-estimates her powers and does not hold tho full confidence of tho Allies. It. Krassin, writing in tho "Krasnaya Gazette," says that Russia is quito prepared to sign a general peace on the l>asis of recognition of the Soviet, and will only resume trado theimfter. Trotsky also is busy writing to tho newspapers, vaunting the successes of tho Bolshevik arms, which, he asserts, are unaided by a single German officer, j—United Service.
