RUGBY REFEREES
A meeting of the Wellington Rugby, Referees' Association was held last night. Mr. R. T. Bailey presided over a, large attendance of members. , ;. Mr. L. Simpson wjote resigning his position on the Classification Committee.--It waa unanimously resolved to reauest Mr. Simpßon to reconsider the matter. Mr. S. S. Dean 'wrote resigning as an active member of tho association.-The resignation waa held over till the next meeting.
