The French Charge d'Affnircs protested to the Gorman Government against the commander of the Reichswehr permitting the singing of "Deutschland Über Allcs" offer saluting tho rehoisted French flag. Germany has asked for the requisite cargo space for the transport of 100,000 milch cows placed at the disposal of the Gernwn Red Cross by a Chicago n-tfcle company to alleviate distress among German children. It is declared that Germany is not in a position to find the necessary cargo space.—Renter.
