INTERNATIONAL CONTROL PRE- ' ' DICTED. ' (Reo. July 18, 5.5 p.m.) Ottawa, July 15. Mr. J. R. Howard, president of the American Farm Bureau Association, speaking at Winnipeg, predicted that sjie day tVAuld come when the United States, Canada and Australia would form an international organisation to wintrol the- world's wheat 'supply and feed the nations, unhampered by gambling influences. Air. Howard invited members of the Canadian Council _of Agriculture to attend the association meeting at Chicago, which will discuss ways of making the Middle and Western States independent of' Chicago. The Grain Board of Chicago is dealing in grain futures to-day for, the first time since 1017. December dolivery sold at 278 cents per bushel, and March at 274 cents.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Jlssu.
