Weather cold ar.d changeable Generally and scattered rain in the northern and East Coast districts. Barometer unsteady in the far north, but rising further everywhere soon. Rain fell in many parts of the Dominion during Thursday night, but cold fair to cloudy weather has ruled to-day.
