A THREE-CORNERED SITUATION

The "Morning Post's" Warsaw correspondent reports that the three-cornered situation between tho Poles, Lithuanians, and Bolsheviks has been complicated by a Lithuanian declaration that ratbui than have the Bolsheviks in Vilna il will itself send troops to capture Vilna from the Poles. Nevertheless, it is known that Lithuania, ever since its birth as « State, lias been nnxious to have Vilna as a capital. Out of a population of two hundred thousand, sixty thousand havo fled from Vilna during the last forty-eight hours, remembering l the experience of 1919, when the Bolsheviks occupied the city for four months. July 15, 5.5 p.m.) Constantinople, July 14. Details of General Wrangol's victory on July G show that Wrangel got wind of an intended enemy cavalry raid, and kid a trap into whioh tho enemy fell. Tho cavalry was surrounded and received a withering wire. Out of 8000 only 1500 oscaped; tfa remainder were kitted, except a housand who were taken prisoner.
