Store cattle—A. sparse'supply of store, cattle came forward, the quality being medium. All were disposed of at prices on a par with those which ruled at laat week's sale. Sheep—A largo yarding of fair quality a total of 3167 being offered for sale Buyers were .numerous and) a good demand .existed for all classes. Quite n number of farmers were operating for sheep for topping-off purposes. Prime quality, sheep tivdre sold iat Is. above last week's rates, while secondary and inferior sheep were Is. All classes were in good demand, freezing buyers being. The prices raised were fully up to last week's high rates, ranging from 255. Dd.-to 425. fid. per head.
