PREPARATIONS FOR THE RACE. m . New York, July 12. The measurements of the Shamrock IV and the Resolute have been completed. JJoth vessels are anchored near Sandy Hook, virtually ready for the lust race. A large number of sightseeing craft are already anchored off the shore along the course of the race ilio experts' have not yet announced the results of the measurements.
