UPPER HUTT COURT
Mr. E. Page, 8.M., presided over a short sitting of the Upper Hutt Magistrate a Court yesterday. A number of cases were adjourned owing to the absence of wit"'judgment for plnintiff by default was riven in the civil case, A. Southee v. G. Robertson, for 12s;, and ss. costs. For allowing stock infected with nco to occupy his yards, P. W. Inge was fined JK, with costs 7s.
