Since the advent of Bolshevism some Russian ships have been transferred to the British flag and others continued under the Russian Imperial (lag. Two Russian 6hips, owned by tho Doresca Company, of London, were detained at an Italian port. A deputation l from the Italian Soamen's Federation informed tho captain of one ship 'that they had received instructions from the Soviet to send all Russian ships back to Russia. The captain sccurod an Italian guard, but the deputation boarded tho ship again, overpowered the guard, and removed all essential parts from the machinery.—Reuter.
