MONEY MARKET. The Bank of Enjland discount rate, which had 6tood at 5 per ceut. since April 5..-1917, on which date it was reduced from 51 per cent., was raised to 6 per cent, on November 6, 1919,' and to 7 per cent, on April 15, 1920. OPEN MARKET RATES. The open market rate for three months' bills is H P er cent., as compared with 6J ner cent. laßt week and 3J per cent, last year. Short loans are ouoted at 5J per cent., aeainst.SH per cent, last week, and 3J per cent, last year.
