« o SOCIALISTS AND PATROLS CLASH. Paris, February 9 Disorder, marked by 6erious incidents, continued for several hours at Brest. A crowd of ex-soldiers, including a blind decorated poilu, defied the Socialist Mayor's nrohibition, forced a cordon of oolice. and marched in procession to pay homage to a monument. A Socialist procession of workers engaged in a free fieht with the patriots, tho respective crowds singing the "Mai'seillaiso" and tho "Internationale."
