Tho Polish Parliament has passed a Bill excluding from citizenship 100,000 Jews formerly residing in Russian Poland who woro not registered as permanent residents undor tho old Russian law. English Jows protest that this moans they aro liable to have their proporty confiscated as foreignors, though still liablo to taxation and military florviccv-iAus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
