CONTROL OF THE SALE OF FLOUR
_ » The regulations in connection with the control of tho sale of flour appear in tlio Gazette issued last evening. It is declared 'thajj, except Jby permit, it shall not be lawful for any miller to deliver or bo concerned in the delivery of flour under any contract of purchase, whether mado before or after the coming into force of the regulations. Mo permit is required for delivery of flour in 5-ton lots to a baker for the purposes of his business. Bakers are prohibited from receiving from tho same or different sellers moro than five tons in seven days without a permit.
