9 FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present- indications are tor variable breezes, moderate to strnne. south, to south-easterlies iircvailinir. with fair to cloudy weather. The barometer ifi unsteady, but with a rising tendency. Moderate to stromr southerly winds have ruled, and the weather has improved. Atmospheric pressure is now above normal over the Dominion. A cyclone js in evidence in the vicinity of New Oulcvlonia. and is likely to move in a south-easterly direction in the course of a few days. 1). C. DATES, Director.
