Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held a most successful laud salo at ilnsterton on Saturday on account of Mr. George Hume, of a portion of his Tnimnui Estate, situated in tho Lower Valley. South Wairarapa district, tho major portion comprising first-class dairying and fattening land. There wns a largo attendance of buyers from all nurts of the district.
