STRIKE OF CHINESE TEACHERS
FOR ARREARS OF PAY. (Rec. December Id, 1.30 a.m.) . Peking, December 14. The teachers at the Government schoyk nnd colleges have decided to leave their posts unless the question cf their salaries is adjusted. Some of the teachers havo not drawn pay for three half-yearly periods. .Others have been paid in depreciated currency.
