A RIGHT SMART SHOW. Although it is only a few weeks sinco t.he Wellington, public were entertained by tho Diggers' Pierrots, then freshly arrived from England, a large audienco greeted their reappearance at the wand Opera Honse last evening.. Lawson appeared (with Mr. Tano Fnma) were a "roil" hynnotic thought-reading seance, and a.lurid mock drama, entitled "More Sinned Against than Necessary, which is dotted with now jokes and burlesque oddities. With Mr. Frank. I 1kins "Miss" Lawson fang 'Have You Forgotten?" and that'established favourite "Wild Thyme," which concludes with a graceful danee. Mr. I'rank Perkins, a serviceable baritone, sang I tost M) Heart in Maoriland" attractively, and, encored, "I Passed by your Window." A pleasing number was the ringing of "Tho Dear Little Shamrock," by Messrs. Exton Perkins, and Simp»n. The setting of "Loch Lomond," sung as an 1 ncore, was not nearly so effective, rhe Pierrots poi=ess a good comedian m Mr. iano 'Fama, who :s amusing 111 patter and was excellent in his comic- recital of the milk-boy who goes to the war.
