President Wilson, Air'. Lansing, Colonel House, Mr. A. J. Balfour, Lord : Robert Cecil, Signor Orlando, BaronSonuino, M. Clemenceau,-. and M. Pichon will attend tho preliminary conference .on Thursday. . Kr. Lloyd George; . President Wilson, M. Cler.enceau, and Signor- Orlando will consult individually with the. various delegates during the coming week-end. These' conversations will possibly {ie-prolongpd over a fortnight, after which the representatives of. Britain,. France,'America,-and Italy 'will confer, for the purpose'of considering, the representation of Austria, Germany,, and Russia.'at the full conference. After this there will be an Allied Conference, and the smaller States,, and Belgium and .Portugal will be called in, until, the representation of the interested nations is complete. It is how expected,that there will be four British ' representatives—probably the Premier, Sir,. Bonar Law, Mr. Balfour, and Mr. .tiarhes. ..The fifth will be Sir' Robert .'Borden, Mr. M.
