But the writer insists that tho Archbishop's committee's report is not correct if it states .that'"tho Church had x failed to' obtains a.''hearing for that message." 'For very few .can be found 'who are unable to I discriminate between what is good and'what is evil,-if thev wish to do so. But often tho desire is not there.
