MAN KILLED WHILE TREEFELLING. By Telegraph—Pre6S Association. Ghristchurcli, October 16. A labourer named Richard Pentecost, a married man with a largo family, was killed at Rangiora to-day by being fo pinned bv the butt of a tree which lie was felling against the trunk of another tree that his body was almost cut in halt. He was working alone, and had been dead for somo hours when his mangled body was discovered.
