CHANGEABLE WEATHER
Yesterday was n. dreary day of weather. Considerable rain fell, and ft raw wind blew in from the Bouth, but just before nightfall there were signs of an improvement. Tho sky cleared in the west, and tho sun emerged for a few seconds before dipping behind tho hills. Present indications are _ for strong but decreasing southerly •winds, veering to freshening westerlies, changeable weather, with scattered showers.
