FORECASTED SUMMARY AT i P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for strong'and variablo winds, with uorthcrlics ruling northwards of Kawhia and Eaßt Cape, and westerly to southerly winds elsewhere. Cloudy and unsettled weather is probable; with rain in most parts of thu Dominion. Barometer unsteady, with a falling tendency. Atmospheric pressure has continued relatively low in tho south, and moderate to strong northerly- and westerly winds have predominated.-Cloudy conditions have been experienced generally, with scattered rain, but considerable has fallen in the far south.
