THE CAiL OP THE BEACH. . . Seaside residents have • been experiencing ideal weather conditions during the past few weeks—sunny days and the absence of strong winds, making lifo on the waterfront a welcome change from the cold and wet of spring. Since last summer quite a number of new residences have been built, particularly. at Day's Bay and Rona Bay, and this in spite of high' prices and general shortage of building material.
