DOUBLE MURDER AND SUICIDE. Melbourne, November 27. 'A mysterious tragedy is reported from Trawool. On November 10 a cabman drove Mrs. Taylor and her twelvc-yoar-old stepdaughter to Trawool, where she stated sho was going to nurse a sister. Subsequently their bodies, with the lu?ads smashed, were found in tho Goulburn River. Tho sum of £152 sown in tho woman's underclothing and a photograph of n soldier, Arthur Oldring, were discovered' amongst the woman's belongings. Tho photograph was recognised as that of a man who is reported missing from the Seymour Camp. Ho was seeh in tho vicinity of tho tragedy. Oldring has been arrested. Mrs. Jessie Brown, sister of Oldrinj;, has poisoned hersolf, and died in hospital.—Press lAjssn.
