Sir, —Seeing in Friday's Dominion a> letter on black versus whito pram-hoods, 1 am writing to 6ay that it is not t=t> much, tho colour as the/ fact of a baby lying constantly under an American leather hood at all that, does bo muck harm, especially, of courso, it the buil is beating down upon it. llie babjr is breathing moro or less impure air,, in spite of the pram being out of doors..
