Sir—Tour correspondent Jfr. G. Broughton Jordan, who styles himself the District Secretory of the Methodist j Social Service Union, has written a peculiar letter on this subject. He reviews the National Efficiency Boards recommendation on the liquor question, and makes many quotations from it. He tells us who the witnesses were upon the one side and who the witnesses were upon the 'other.
