Sir,—l sea that Sir John Findlay has been advocating a special tax on unearned income. Quite a number of Sir John's constituents are interested in this question, and perhaps Sir John may see his way to answer the question.—l am, etc., HASTINGS ELECTOR.' Hastings, August 23, 1917.
