The Stato Department is informed that Germany is urging the people. to prepare for another two years of war. 11ns expectation is based on figures compiled by German scientists, which show that at tha termination of two years the Allies' food situation will bo as serious as Gorinany's is to-day, and the Allies will bo unable to endure the hardships and seek peace.—Aus.-N.Z.
