NAVY LEAGUE
Recently an appeal was made l>y the president of the Navy League Ladies' Auxiliary, Mrs. Hall-Thompson, for gramophone records for the purpose of brightening the lives of the men of the lesser craft -who spend so many dreary hours in their monotonous -work in the North Sen. Already a number of records have been received from Mrs. Donald Robertson, Salamanca Road; Mr. Bradpey Williams; Miss Owen Eeatoun; Mrs .T 51. Ttieliardson. 132 The Terrace; Mrs. Burnett, Glen Road; Mr. M'Guire; Anonymous; Mrs. Goring Johnston: Mrs. Myers; Chivois and Co.; Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Buxton, The Terrace. In addition Mrs. Hall-Thompson desires to acknowledge the following cash donations-.—Miss •Tohnston, Fitzherbert Terrace, <£10; Mrs. Moorhouse, ,Cl>.
