Napier, July 1-1. Tho Second Division League has agreed to remits for the conference, including allowances, pensions, and the internment of aliens. The meeting advocated the payment of 4s. per day for wives, 2s. for each child, and 3s. for each niotherle*, child; also pensions of .£2 Bs. weekly for widows with children, £2 for widows without, Us. weekly for each child, and a 50 per cent, increase for motherless children.
