EFFICIENCY BOARD'S HEASUKES. Tho First Wellington Military Service lioard. Bitting at Palmorston North on ■Uicsduy, suggested- that tho Dairy Association should set about tho collection of exact information regarding; tho needs of tho dairy industry in the matter of labour and tho classification of essential workers. A Dominion reporter mentioned this matter yesterday to Mr. A Moss ,one of tho members of tho National Efficiency Beard. Air. Moss said that the organisation required for tho work mentioned by the Military Service Board was already in existence, and a great deal of the work had been done. The Efficiency lioard had created twelve trustee board's m laramtki, covering the district from ixew Plymouth, to Patea, with a central executive in Eltham. Tho trustee boards, said Mr Moss wero dealing with cases as they arusc! J hey had reported to the Military Service Boards in uses wlierc the interests ol the dairying industry demanded the exemption of particular men, such as tne managers and assistants in factories.
