SEMI-OFFICIAL HINTS IN THE

The Central News correspondent at Amsterdam says that much attention in Germany is directed upon von Hertling's mission to Austria. It is understood that he was specially, chosen by the Kaiser to dissuade the Emperor Charles from the tion policy revealed in the "EremdenBlatt." It is well known- that the Emperor Charles fully endorses Count Czernin's pacific tendencies.
