SALE OF THE DARTMOOR ESTATE. HAWKE'S BAY. Hoadley, Son and Stewart, Ltd., report a large attendance at the Browning Street salerooms, Napier, on Tuesday last, when they offered at auction Mr. Lowry Norths Dartmoor Estate in seven subdivisions. Bidding was spirited throughout, and six blocks were disposed of under the hammer. The remaining block was passed in and sold privately immediately after the sale.
