SALE OF THE DARTMOOR ESTATE. HAWKE'S BAY. Hoadley, Son and Stewart, Ltd., report a large attendance at the Browning Street salerooms, Napier, on Tuesday last, when they offered at auction Mr. Lowry Norths Dartmoor Estate in seven subdivisions. Bidding was spirited throughout, and six blocks were disposed of under the hammer. The remaining block was passed in and sold privately immediately after the sale. Lot 3, containing GSC acres, to IT. Lan Simson, at .£l2 10s. per acre. Lot 4, containing 63G acres, to H. In a Simson, at .£l3 per acre. Lot 5, containing 310 acres, to H. Lan Simson, at JJIS 15s. per acre. Lot 0, containing 210 acres, to H. Lan Simson, at J!ls 15s. per acre. Lot 7, containing C7G acres (homestead block), to Geo. Norris, at .£2l per acre. The total snle represents 10s. Hoadley, Son and Stewart, Ltd., will hold an auction clearing .sale of the Dartmoor stock and platat about the end' of February.
