PUBLIC NOTICES. NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS FOR CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS. EXTRA EXPRESS TRAINS, WELLING-TON-AUCKLAND. ADDITIONAL EXPRESS TRAINS, PALMERSTON NORTH-AUCKLAND. FROM loth December to <th January inclusive. Extra Express trains will run between Wellington and Auckland as under:— FOB. AUCKLAND (Daily excent Sundays)— Wellington (Thomdon) dep. 2.0 p.m„, Auckland arr. 7.50 a.m. following day. . FOR WELLINGTON (Daily except Saturdays)— Auckland dop. 9.52 p.m., Wellington (Thorndon) arc. 3.59 p.m. following dhy.' '/ NOTE—The last day on which the extra express train will leave Auckland will be Sundoy, 7th January, 1917. The last day on which the extra express train will leave Wellington will be Saturday, 6th January, 1917. The extra express trains will make the same stops as the ordinary express trains and, in addition, will stop at Waimarino and Owhango for passengers, if required. Additional express, trains will run between Palmers ton North and Auckland as under:— FOR AUCKLAND—P&lmerston North, dep. 3.18 p.m., Auckland arr. 6.17 a.m. following day. This train will leave Palmerston North on 21st, 22nd, 23rd December, Ist, 2nd, 3rd January. FOR PALMERSTON NORTH-Auck-land dep. 6.58 p.m., I'almerstou arr. 9.47 а.m. following day. This train will Jeave Auckland on 21st,-22nd and 24th December, and Ist, 2nd and 3rd January. The Palmerston-Auckland and Auck-laud-Palmerston additional express trains will make the same stops as the ordinary express trains. WELLINGTON-WANGANUI RELIEF MAIL TRAINS. Passengers from Ngaio, Khaudallah, nnd Jolinsouville who are going beyond Plinimerton must proceed to Plimmerton by tho 3.25 p.m. train and join the through traiu at that 6tatiou.
