« * FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are- for freshening northerly winds, increasing cloudiness and humidity, and general rainfall probably following. Barometer falling evefywhere. TTarm, cloudy, and humid conditions have prevailed, but -rainfall has been confined to Otago.
