NEW ZEALAND WINES.
■ Mr. H. I. Haycock, of Havern, who deals extensively/ in New Zealand-made •wines, is offering a special Christmas inducement to the public for the festivo season. The offer ,is a dozen bottles of wine for 355., from a choice of ■ Constantia, old Port, invalid port, sherry, claret, Madeira, hock, etc. Tlieso wines are. made from the pure grape juice, and aro guaranteed free from all adulterations, or artificial colouring, aud also guaranteed to be absolutely pure. .Considering that medical men advise as a stimulant for invalids the consumption of wines, sucE as aro Gold by Mr. Haycock, it is not difficult to account for the steady increase in tho demand for such a palatable medicine. In fact, it is_ claimed by the vendor that fhesa wines have slaved. many a flengthy" doctor's bill. As -Christmas is vory near, there is no more acceptable Rift either to one's-own house or that of a friend than a hamper of assorted New Zealand wines. A postcard to Mr. Haycock, Hawera, is all that is necessary to secure prompt delivery of an order, no matter how great the distance may be.
