WATER. BOTTLTC USED AS A MISSILE. (Rec. December 12, 10.20 p.m.) Paris, December 12. A stormy scene was created by the Socialists m the French Chamber of Deputies, during a debate on the war credits. M. Brizon, one of their deputies, recently met itbe German Socialists in Switzerland. He vehemently protested against the prolongation of the war. A .tumult ensued. [11. Brizon persisted, despite the opposition from the whole Chamber. The disorder culminated in M. Brizon hurling a water bottle at the head of his nearest opponent. The sitting was suspended, amidst a pandemonium. M. Brizon was ejected.—Renter'.
