M. Brizon, one of their deputies, recently met itbe German Socialists in Switzerland. He vehemently protested against the prolongation of the war. A .tumult ensued. [11. Brizon persisted, despite the opposition from the whole Chamber. The disorder culminated in M. Brizon hurling a water bottle at the head of his nearest opponent.
