SECOND REBELLION IN SOUTH AFRICA. Australian-Xew Ze-Mnnd Cable Association. London, August 25. The "Daily Hail" correspondent at Bloemfoutein .reports that General Botha, speaking at the South African Party Cougress, disclosed that a second rebellion had been threatened, but proved more futile than the first. Foolish people had been secretly sworn in for-a second rising.

The "Morning Post's" Cape Town correspondent says that General Sotha's statement! regarding tho recrudescence of the rebellious movement in tho Free State and elsewhero gives no cause for surprise or alarm, as it was common knowledge that Nationalist irreconcilables were not sotting limits to their endeavour to frustrate the Bothaitcs. Thero are grounds for suspecting German agents, who have not yet all been ruu to earth.
