RECESSION iOvOM THE FEDERATION By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, January 14. The Auckland Operative Bootmakers' Union, comprising 400 of the 1300 unionists in the Now Zealand Federation of Operative Bootmakers, decided to hold a ballot to decide whether Auckland shall secede from the federation.
