The Union Company's Te Anau was towed in. from the stream to a. berth at tho Railway Wharf yesterday afternoon by the tugs Terawhiti and Natone. It is understood that the Tei Anau will be towed to Dunedin, where she mil be altered to suit her for another trade to that which she was previously engaged in. The Karamu, with a part load of fruit from Fiji, is due at Wellington from Auckland either late on Thursday night next or early on Friday morning. At 5 p.m. to-day the Sha/w-Savill liner Kia Ora will leave Wellington for London, not daybreak to-morrow as originally intended. ; The Clan liner Clan Macfarlane, which was ounk by a German torpedo, has been a visitor to this port and is well known here.
