The Tsar has telegraphed tho following message to King George: "In the serious time that my country is traversing, 1 am assuming tho leadership of my armies, convinced that with God's help and the Allies' combined efforts, that our final victory will clown this bloody war." King George replied: "I am delighted to hear that you have assumed command of tho armies in the field, and heartily share your conviction that with God's help, you and your brave troops, with the Allies, will "finally secure a. victory, with an honourable and lasting peaco. My thoughts will be more than ever with you in thnsn anxious times." Jl
