BRITISH WAR PENSIONS BILL
RADICAL AMENDMENTS. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Oopyrighi (Rec. September 16, 10 p.m.) London, September 16. The "Daily Telegraph" states that the Government is introducing what will practically be a new Naval and Military War Pensions Bill. The statutory committeo oreated under the Bill will now show a reduction in tlio repre-' scntation for the Royal Patriotic Corporation, while representation will be given to the Soldiers' and Sailors' Families' Association and the Soldiere' and Sailors' Help Society. Moreover, should the voluntary subscriptions fail, tho nation will supply funds, and therefore there will bo to danger of our war heroes or their dependents becoming destitute.
