SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present- indications are for variable winds, easterly breezes predominating, and ; backing to freshening northerlies north ward of New Plymouth a,ud Napier, and increasing. northerlies elsewhere ■soon. ■ Barometer- falling everywhere, ■ especially in the south. 'Expect increasing haze and cloudiness for a change in the weather conditions shortly! The weather lias improved in most parts o! the Dominion, with decreasing southerly wiids.
