SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for -high northerly to westerly winds with stormy weather t and rain probable generally, rivers * • flooded and seas heavj, especially on tho AVcst Coast. - Barometer, falling ' everywhere. Fine weather prevailed on, Saturday and Sunday, but a westerly storm area, has enveloped the country to-day. Cloudy and unsettled weather prevails generally, and considerable rain Is roported.
