The Russian supply of munitions has been doubled, the morale and efficiency of the armies in the field are' said to be high, and no anxiety, is '.entertained in regard to the future of the military'-situa- ' tion, so long, as the enemy can be prevented from turning the Russian 1 ' flank, from the sea..
